Karl from Carlisle branch went above and beyond with dealing with a different customer ie me. Was very helpful and patient whilst I decided on which mattress I wanted. Didn't rush me and let me decide over night.

Perfect bed for us !
Recently purchased an Ottoman Bed from the Carlisle Store. We were assisted by a very helpful and knowledgeable guy called Reece who gave us lots of options to choose from.
We were very impressed on his friendly, but not pushy, manner and were very happy with our purchase.
