Great quality and peace of mind
So much better than going through a small drop-shipping firm. The Alexis Ottoman is excellent quality and a really good price. I was a little afraid it might be a bit squeaky or flimsy at that price, but it's fine. Just have to make sure all the bolts are tightened properly, and just give them a little tighten whenever you move the bed.

No pushy salespersons left to try on our own very helpful manager Dave left very satisfied with tempura mattress easy sorting paperwork out no problems we spent a very enjoyable Sunday afternoon choosing our new mattress and a new bed too which is lovley delivery men very helpful too came in time allocated no problems super staff well trained and very helpful a big thank you to all the staff

Ordering easy, and not pressured, allowed time to think, delivered on time, and kept informed of delivery progress, so why not 5star? Because unfortunately one of the delivery men very heavy smoker, and residual stale cigarette smell lingered in our bedroom for some time after.

Have just bought a mattress and Ottoman divan from Bensons For Beds Chester Greyhound Retail Park
Salesman Barry struck the right balance of helping but also giving us time to explore the many great beds. Barry pointed out special offers on matress' and good combination packages for headboards and divans, which were superb value. Thanks Barry you are a credit to Bensons F B.
