I was extremely pleased with the help from the sales lady at the shop in Crewe. The delivery team went the extra mile without being asked and the new bed is excellent.

Shop clean. Jon very friendly and helpful. Good selection of products in store.
Imran and Omar delivered the bed and mattress. Very polite and on time delivery. Covered outdoor shoes so carpeted areas upstairs would not get dirty. Many thanks to them for their courtesy.

Changing the delivery date was a very simple process.
Confirmation of 2 hour delivery slot and phone call 3 days before delivery was good customer service.
The delivery staff Ben and Mal were polite, professional and respectful.

Great customer service in the store, very helpful without being pushy. Good communication with delivery times and arrived at the start of the delivery window, which is always good. Out the mattress in the desired room and took the old one away in 5 mins. Highly recommended
