Excellent service & price
From walking through the door Dale was inviting & friendly. Didn't pester us just made us aware he was there if we needed help. He was extremely knowledgeable & helpful. He even stayed open 45 minutes after closing time for us so my hubby could attend to test a mattress. Gave us a great deal. Have always used Bensons and will continue to do so.

Good product and service
We've bought several mattresses from them over the years - all excellent quality. This time around, (as on previous occasions), staff at the store were knowledgeable and goods were delivered at the time promised.

dale made our experience better. we only went in to look but his knowledge and friendlyness decided us to purchase now instead of post christmas. he was patient with us and listened to exactly what we wanted then guided us to perfect bed for us

Amanda and her colleague did their best on 2 occasions and helped us to buy just what we needed and not simply the most expensive like seems to be the way with other stores
Good product knowledge and practical advice on a very important piece of everyday furniture which I spend 10 hours a day in !!
