Angus the assistant was ok he had hearing issues i made allowances. But he did get my problems extremely tall and neck problems. He suggested a couple of fixes and I to my happiness they worked the pillow and mattress combo and the bed frame ticked all my boxes, I've had extreme neck pain for years along with spinal issues and the bed the was suggested made then less of a problem I've still got them bit not as much.
