Kept up to date at all times regarding delivery, very helpful with payment on the website overall very happy

Good range of beds and helpful (not pushy) salesstaff

Good sales service then accurate delivery, timing and location.

The great service we had in the store.

I was welcomed with incredible kindness and care at Bensons for Beds 😊💛. They helped me choose exactly what I needed, and I never felt rushed or pressured at any moment. My new bed, the iGel mattress and the protector have completely transformed my sleep I rest better, wake up with fewer aches, and truly feel the difference 😴✨.
The collection of my old bed and mattress for a fair price made everything easier and took a huge worry off my shoulders 🙏💆‍♀️.
This is a store that treats customers with respect, patience and real professionalism. It’s a place that truly deserves recognition for the excellent service it provides 🌟👏.
I recommend it wholeheartedly ❤️.

From start to finish buying this bed snd sofa bed was painless. The lad thst served us was polite and informed. We were kept up to date with delivery, which was on time and the delivery drivers were also polite and helpful

The bed and mattress are perfect

The salesman we had the pleasure of dealing with was polite, knowledgeable and wanted to ensure that we got exactly the right mattress for us, and not one he wanted to sell us.

The service we had was good. We were not hurried or felt pushed into any decision.
Care was taken to ensure that we got what was required.
That we understood the time scale for delivery . All of which was carried out. As started when we purchased the bed 🛌 😌 😴 🙌

Adam was very good. I told him we were only just starting to look. Told him what we wanted and he then spent time taking me round to look at different bedstead to match what we wanted. I then went to other places but none of the helpers were as good as him. I did like one other bedstead and had a good offer, but when we told Adam he tried to match the 'extras' the other company offered, that was what made the difference to using Bensons for us. Lovely chap.

Great from start to finish

Excellent service
The delivery men were very polite helpful
The beds are amazing quality and the service from the manager at Eastbourne was top quality going through the products that I was interested in
Recommend customers to go they will not be disappointed and bought all my beds in the last 10 years from them .

Liam the lad that showed us around was brilliant. We were in there for about an hour and a half and he let us try out various beds till we found the right one, we then found the right mattress and headboard. We would definitely use him again.

Excellent service courteous and caring

Good quality products. Reasonable prices. Product delivered on time

The service both in store choosing a mattress and pillows and the delivery service were really good. In store we were not pushed for time or to make a decision and we had very good advice.

Customer service was really good very helpful and knowledgeable.

Great customer service by Liam. Didn't rush the decision and spent time explaining everything.
