Excellent customer service. A large selection of beds on display to view and try. Leah was very knowledgeable and friendly - she was very patient and able to help us find the perfect bed and mattress to suit our needs. We really liked the fact we could choose different items from different displays to fit our requirements.

Walked into Eastbourne store. Both guys sitting at same desk. No other customers in store. Nobody approached me. After looking around and finding the right bed I then went to find someone to purchase from. One guy on phone and other disappeared. I sat on a bed for a while waiting. Nobody approached me, so I got online and bought bed with mattress elsewhere and then walked out. Lost sale.

Great service very attentive and friendly sales manager can't wait to receive our new mattress.

From the moment we entered the store In Eastbourne we recieved a warm welcome from all members of the team. After discussing our requirements Leah diligently shortlisted a few options for us that were perfect. As a busy person I cannot afford much time and we were in and sorted completing our purchase within 30 minutes this includes the fact finding and recommendation stage. Very satisfied.
