Under the Consumer Rights Act the mattress is not as described. Mattress purchase in September 2024. I specifically explained to the sales person that I was looking for the firmest mattress in store for my frail 86 year old mother.
At no point during the point of sale did the salesperson inform me of the need to rotate the bed once a week for two months. I would not have purchased the bed had I known. I do not have full mobility in my right shoulder following surgery in March 2024 and my frail mother doesn't have the strength to rotate it either. We're now stuck with the goods.

Rushid is incredibly knowledgable and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. He guided us through the options without any pushiness, just honest advice and expertise. No question was ever a hassle to answer alongside his professionalism making our experience enjoyable and stress free!

Thanks to his outstanding service, we purchased two beds and four bedside cabinets. Rushid made sure everything was just right for us, going above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience.

If you’re shopping for beds, ask for Rushid- he is an absolute credit to the company! We will definitely be back for some pillows and will be recommending him to friends and family.

Najeeb was a great helper. This was the second time we went to purchase a mattress and he made us great deals. He was very sympathetic and helpful. My dad got the best deal possible with great and real recommendations of what to purchase. Highly recommend!!

Rushid was knowledgeable without being pushy. Asked 2 questions to determine what my requirements were for mattresses, and within minutes I ended up choosing out of the 3 he showed me. Very pleasant staff members all round. Two days later I went to the Beckton Branch with my niece and they couldn't even be bothered.. "a take it or leave it" attitude.

The delivery team were very considerate - even removing their boots before entering the house without being requested to do so.

Naj, our assistant, spent time explaining our options, but also left us alone to make our own choice.

The sales advisor Najeeb was very helpful and polite and took time to both explain and show us round the store explaining the difference in the mattresses and bed bases.

Not yet received our new mattress & divan, but wanted to highlight the excellent customer service we’ve had from the Enfield branch. We were greeted by Nilufe, who listened attentively to what we were after and gave us expert input without being a pushy salesperson or wasting our time looking at mattresses we didn’t want. She put through our order and advised us of our delivery date. When we decided to change it a few days later, her store manager Mark helped us achieve that quickly and smoothly, despite it meaning a fair bit of extra admin for the team. He tracked all to ensure the revised order was processed correctly, picking up details we’d missed in-store. Great experience so far; roll on the bed delivery!

My partner and I had been procrastinating about buying a new bed and mattress for while and shopped around looking for one we both liked. Mark and Rushid made sure all of our requirements were met. Great service, great bed and a great nights sleep!

Visited the Enfield store and spoke with Michael. He is very knowledgeable and eager to help. On arrival we were greeted we then started looking at various mattresses. When we had some questions we approached Michael who suggested we try the Dreams Sleep machine (its very good!) Once we had finished the sleep appraisal the mattress we had looked at appeared to be a perfect match. We were offered drinks and some Chocolate when we sat down to do the necessary paperwork.

Rushid, who helped us with any questions we had was an excellent salesman and a true gentleman.
It was a pleasure to meet him and was one of the reasons we placed the order with him.

The staff member Najeeb was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I did not feel pressured at all. When I told him I was still going to look elsewhere, he still held a professional composure.

Exceptional customer service, both Mark and Rushid went out of their way to help my mum and I choose a suitable mattress for my mum who has mobility issues. Their communication skills are outstanding both listening to needs and providing advice.

All the staff were kind and courteous, never pushy, gave us as much time as we wanted to try all the mattresses. We went to the Enfield branch where Mark, who was hugely knowledge, friendly, patient, and answered all our queries. We had tried others suppliers but came back to this store a few times to “double check” we made the right choice, and we had.

Communication was excellent, as was delivery, and the aftercare service. The while process was effortless. Can’t rate Mark and the whole team highly enough. (And the matress is great too!)
