First time purchasing from Benson, the staff at the Hull branch were friendly and informative with no hard sell. A pleasant experience.
Helpful, well-informed staff at the store. Mattress delivered on time and expertly manoeuvred upstairs and onto bed frame. Followed by a good night's sleep.

Their was a warmth and friendliness from the staff that was helpful but not pushy, they took their time and answered all the questions we had.

Excellent service.
The whole experience from viewing the wardrobes and bed to ordering, delivery and installation was seamless and on time.Even though there was a broken part on one of the wardrobes this was dealt with promptly and will be replaced by the installation team when it arrives. Throughout the whole experience we were kept informed by Bensons.
Dave and Gary who installed the wardrobes and Karl and Andy who dealt with the bed were all very professional in their job.
Must not forget Tom who dealt with the wardrobes and Steve who dealt with the bed, both from the Hull shop,whose advice and knowledge was very good.
