This review is simply about the choosing and purchasing experience, as the mattress I have bought is coming in 5 weeks. Hadiqa at the Keighley showroom was a delight to deal with. She left me alone to browse, but was on hand to answer questions, with good knowledge. I spent more than I intended, but feel satisfied with my choice and the service I received.

I received my pillow and tried to return it to the Keighley store the next day. The manager wouldn't return it or swap it for me, after I had clearly showed him that it had not been used. I have been left with a very expensive pillow that I cannot use. It took me 40minutes to travel to the nearest store, to be told they wouldn't exchange it. The manager was very uninterested In dealing with my issues, and as a result I will never shop at Bensons ever again.

Having decided on a new mattress I had a pretty good idea what I was looking for. I went to the Keighley branch of Bensons for Beds. I was warmly greeted by Ibrahim. He was polite and professional in enquiring what I was interested in. He asked if I would like to use the Sleep Pro bed to establish the firmness I may need in a mattress. Once this had been completed he showed me a few different mattresses. He then suggested I have a browse and try the mattresses out for comfort. With his brilliant knowledge I decided on their own hybrid mattress. He was very thorough I. Explaining the whole process from start to finish. I left the store a happy customer and would like to say that Ibrahim is a credit to the company.

I had been considering a new mattress for sometime. I had a look online at various types. I had a pretty good idea what I needed. I went into Bensons for Beds in Keighley. With a ball park sum in mind. My search for the perfect mattress began. I was warmly greeted by Ibrahim. There was no hard sell which would have put me off. I explained what I was looking for. Firstly, he very politely and respectfully asked me to lay in the test bed so he could establish which type of mattress would be suitable. There was no rush or pressure to show me lots of mattresses. I found this extremely helpful. We focused on several types and I tried them out. He gave me time to experience the feel of each mattress. His advice was sound and he was very professional. I had a pretty good idea about what I would like. Without further ado he left me to spend time mooching about. I approached him with my decision. We then sat down and discussed the business. I am a very happy customer as I feel I was given excellent advice and would highly recommend this shop. I look forward to receiving my new mattress in 2025! Ibrahim you gave sound advice and are a credit to your company.

Great experience lovely friendly helpful staff we got what we wanted. Hadiga was lovely and knew her stuff.

I can't comment on the bed itself as it is on order but I have to say Ruby at your Keighley store today was super helpful and professional; I have no doubt I will be very happy with my purchase when it arrives. Thanks Ruby for all your advice

We had a wonderful experience at the Keighley branch. We were assisted by Ruby, who was extremely knowledgeable and demonstrated various mattress and pillow combinations. We were able to find the perfect mattress and pillows for our needs.

Very relaxed experience with helpful advice from Ruby who wasn’t pushy but listened to our needs and budget to help find an appropriate bed & mattress.

Ruby was very helpful when we were choosing a TV bed and a double bed. We felt very relaxed and comfortable. Ruby was available to answer questions but allowed us space to take our time. Overall a great experience.

Bought our new mattress today in the Keighley store. Hadiqa, who served us, was lovely and made us feel really welcome. We tried out almost every mattress and Hadiqa gave us advice about every single one! It was nice to have that interaction and really make sure we were happy before we bought it. Excellent customer service and had a lovely chat with us whilst we went through all the paperwork. Can't wait to have our first night sleep on our new "marshmallow" mattress 😁

The young lass was brilliant and was very polite and defo knew her stuff we felt not rushed or pushed into buying anything but came out after spending plenty and was very satisfied
