Very relaxed with no pressure to buy and able to walk round freely. Staff gave us helpful advice when we enquired and this enabled us to make a purchase of our choosing.

Staff knowledgeable and polite.
We went to Bensons at Keighley looking for wardrobe. We saw one on line that looked great so we rang to see if they had one we could view. The young lady went through the different options we have and gave us a good deal. Can't wait to see the wardrobe in our home.

Well laid out show room
Well laid out show room, excellent service from Sam and Idy, very professional and patience, we did three visits over the last week, nothing was to much trouble for them looking forward to our new bedroom furniture being delivered soon

Found the ideal mattress at a great price
Needed a new mattress but struggling to find the right one, thanks to Becky at the Keighley store she was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Helped us find exactly what we needed.
