Very helpful and listened to us. Once we found a bed that suited the manager went out his way to get the best price and to ensure we were completely happy. Look forward to the bed being delivered. Happy and good value for money.

We had a really good exprience in Kirkcaldy Fife shop. Gabriel was lovely and very informative. We love our new bedframe and mattress.

Delivery was as arranged with no issues and a call 45 mins before arriving. Unfortunately they left dirty marks on the handrail going upstairs and dirty marks on the new mattress.

Charlie was the gentleman who assisted my wife and me, and he was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Unlike experiences we’ve had in other stores, he wasn’t pushy at all and never tried to force us into making a decision.

Instead, he took the time to ask about our requirements, listened carefully, and guided us towards the option that best suited our needs. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience in store.

The store itself also had a fantastic selection of beds and mattresses to choose from, and the layout was spacious, well organised, and not cramped at all, which made browsing and comparing options really comfortable and enjoyable.

We’re extremely grateful for all of Charlie’s help and support throughout the process. A big thank you to Charlie at Bensons for Beds in Kirkcaldy Retail Park — excellent customer service and a real credit to the team.

The staff (Gabriel and Sarah) were excellent. They were very polite, friendly and informative.

Excellent customer service, not pushy and answered all our questions. Sonja was very helpful and knowledgeable. Offered our required delivery and recycling of old bed.

As soon as we walked into the store we felt welcomed and not pressured at all. Assistant listened to what we were looking for and we tried several different beds until we finally decided which one we wanted. We went through finance options and what was affordable for us. Explained everything to us in detail. Overall loved our experience and never once felt pressurised in buying. Had been at dreams a few days prior and the experience we experienced there was incomparable to Bensons. We felt listened to at Bensons where Dreams we felt they were just wanting a sale.

In store staff where very helpful.
Delivery staff moved other mattress and Unpacked new one. Took it to where i needed it.
They were on time and took all packing rubbish away great experience.

Staff were lovely, only reason I marked it down was because of the misleading price tags on the beds, some were basic prices and some were all included.
