Gabriel gave the best service. He advised me about all the beds and mattresses helping me to make the right choice. Then helping me to get the delivery as quickly as possible. He is a very pleasant guy who is there to help.

Gabriel was very knowledgeable explaining all various types of mattresses.

The level of service from the lady salesperson was outstanding, covered everything and took time to select me the correct bed and mattress. Would definitely recommend

Was a little apprehensive when I first walked in as had to approach a member of staff for help. Turns out Gabriel had been looking for me in the store. His knowledge and customer service was incredible and I came away with the mattress I was looking for. Reasonably priced and incredible finance options and plenty of choice. I just hope my mattress comes within the expected timescales..

What can we say. From the minute we set foot in-store, we were treated to the magnificence of the very lovely and very knowledgeable Vivienne. She was absolutely brilliant, didn't hassle us but made sure we had the full Benson's experience, including the mattress machine, and let us wander around with free choice, resulting in a frame, mattress, duvet and mattress protector purchase, including delivery and old bed recycling.
Would 100% recommend anyone looking for a bed, to go and speak to Bensons! (And Vivienne, of course!!).

The manageress served me and l told her what l wanted down to difficult sizing and a delivery date unknown and supplied a tradesperson to put it all together beautiful new bedroom designed within an hour. Wonderful service cant thank her enough 🙂

While in store, I was approached by a customer service advisor, Viv. She was not pushy, intense or desperately looking for a sale. She took her time to explain different things to me, going into detail about the materials used in each mattress I tried and advising why I might prefer one over another. We had brilliant chats, Viv was friendly and very professional.

I don’t really write reviews but Gabriel was such a pleasant guy to deal with, really professional and pointed out the benefits of additional products (didn’t mind being upsold on this occasion). Would always go back there now.

Gabriel was then very helpful in showing us around the beds and tailoring our experience and finding a mattress to suit us, wasn't pushy about what we should buy and let us make our own mind up. He was very good at being able to tell us why we liked what we liked and breaking down the information into meaningful descriptions

We ordered a superking bed with matching bedside tables and ottoman, delivered within two weeks and assembled with care in our bedroom - very impressed with the service!

Went to Kirkcaldy store as a particular well advertised mattress brand was in stock to try. Caroline showed me the one I asked for and gave me all the advice I asked for and no oversell. Showed me alternatives to consider and gave an informed quote print out to take home for my wife to consider. Came back in the afternoon together with my wife when Gabriel happily guided us to our selected short list and gave us his expert advice on the construction differences of the three mattresses we favoured, answered all questions helpfully and left us to make up our minds on a decision.
We decided on the IG 2500 model as best for us (which is only available through Bensons’s) and were again ably assisted to complete the purchase by Gabriel for delivery in 4 weeks time with full swap and take away of our large and heavy old mattress.
All at a very good price within the presently advertised sale window which closes on Tuesday 10th June. If the product is nearly as good as the service we will be an extremely happy couple!

Met by a friendly member of the team on entry and offered a sleep review to find the best mattress. Process was quick and gave me the answers I needed to get a mattress. Salesperson wasn't too pushy and was informative.

Salesman Gabriel appeared to know his job very well,he was very pleasant and had good sense of humour.

We were greeted as we came into the store and taken through the process of selecting the most suitable mattress. My husband and I were both very impressed with Vivienne's professional service. Thank you
