Martin is fantastic - very helpful & friendly

Martin was very friendly and service was quick and helpful

The delivery people were brilliant
Police friendly and helpful.
Sales person very knowledgeable about products Gave choices and explained clearly the differences.
Helpful polite. Good quality product

We came in not expecting to find a mattress we would buy, as we had received a very good offer from an independent bed/mattress company in Loughborough. We spoke to Martin and explained our situation, and he was so helpful! He went away and came back with several really competitive options for us, and one was exactly right for us, and we were persuaded to accept his offer!

I then left my sunglasses behind in the store, and Martin rang me on my contact details and met me at the front door when he saw me coming back. Looking forward to receiving our mattress!

No pressure - considerate and helpful staff

We were well informed from the very beginning.

The staff was very helpful never felt like I was to much trouble

Received a warm welcome from your colleagues in the Loughborough store. I was shown, and tried beds for comparison purposes, which made choosing the right mattress an easy matter.
I felt my visit was met with a high degree of professionalism, and I left feeling like a valued customer.

Advice and help in the store was very good.
Delivery was arranged and then I had to put it back a couple of weeks, your call centre changed everything for me and we're very polite and accommodating.
The delivery crew were very prompt , communication was good and they put the bed up with great efficiency.

Great help and great service

Everything went according to plan and I was very happy with the whole process. The service in the shop and by the guys that did the installation was friendly and efficient. The bed is comfortable and looks good in the room.

We knew vaguely what type of mattress we wanted. The sales lady was very helpful and patient, showing us different mattresses before we decided. Then showed various divan based and headboards. We ordered what we wanted and she gave a delivery date. The delivery came on time and the men were very good, even removing their shoes because of the heavy rain. All in all a very satisfactory experience. Thank you everyone.

Customer service was very good Jeanette at the Loughborough branch was very helpful.

It was a very efficient shopping experience and the delivery and set up was quickly done with no mess left.

Mick the manager at loughborough was brilliant can fault there service from the shop to delivery

Excellent service in store and a really good delivery experience. Everyone we dealt with was really helpful. We have had the mattress 6 days now and it is very comfortable. It seems to have been a really good purchase.

The range of mattresses in the store was excellent. We were able to choose a mattress that was the equivalent of the one that we had bought some time ago. The advice from the salesman (Ram) was detailed. The delivery times that were quoted were very acceptable and adhered to scrupulously. On the day of delivery we were given a two hour slot and the drivers (Paul and Ian) contacted us 30 minutes before delivery to keep us up-to-date with their progress. We could not have asked for a better service from start to finish.

Full package
We'd been to 2 other bed stores and walked out (not rudely) because of poor salesmanship/choice.
At Bensons we were impressed by the wide choice and skilled salesmanship.
Once we had bought, the process to and including delivery was faultless.
Now it's here, we both find it far better than our previous bed.

4.5 is real rating

Install 5/5 chaps where fantastic
Delivery 4/5 as was great service but just was to far in advance (4 weeks) other suppliers could do 2
Sales/in-store purchase 4/5 slightly to pushy sales chap and could be more professional, but was great and we felt looked after!

Fabulous customer service from the Loughborough team not too pushy and really friendly and helpful. My daughter chose her bed/ mattress and came out beaming with a little extra gift the manager gave her!
