Bought a double mattress for teenage son. Salesman gave great advice, showed us selection of mattresses for range of budget and very pleasant experience. Very pleased with mattress and price. Highly recommend

Knowlegeable, friendly and efficient
Darryl greeted me as soon as I entered the showroom and his approach and friendliness immediately put me at ease. He was clearly knowledgeable about Benson products and was able to check what model of bed I last purchased, and when (over 10 years ago!). I was able to try as many beds as I wished with Darryl on hand to advise me every step of the way. It didn't take long for me to reach my decision and the purchase process was carried out quickly and efficiently. Darryl made sure I was happy before I left and that I fully understood the next steps to delivery. Altogether, an excellent customer experience!

Great choice, easy labelling with each mattress, informative and helpful salesman, in fact there were lots of sales people about which was great, and easy transaction.

Just purchased a beautiful new bed and…
Just purchased a beautiful new bed and mattress. Some great discounts at the moment. Due for delivery In 2 weeks so can't comment on delivery or final purchase yet. The shop experience was brilliant, Darryl served us and was very knowledgeable about all products. He spent lots of time matching us to the correct mattress for our needs. We also purchased 2 pillows which were a bit pricey but felt amazing, again was very impressed that Darryl knew just which pillows would suit myself and my partner after we told him of our aches and pains. All in all very happy with our shopping experience and looking forward to received our lovely new bed and mattress.
