Do not make final bed payment when delivery has not been confirmed
I ordered a bed at the Manchester store the staff member was extremely helpful
prior to delivery they requested my final balance which I paid to be informed within a week my order was delayed by a min 14 days - they offered me a blow up bed for my 73 year old husband to sleep on ! I refused & asked for my money back please - this was in September 2026 to date 1.11.26 they have still not returned my payment of over 5000 pounds - through no fault of my own I should not be waiting this long for my money to be returned to me when it is not my fault .

Exceptional Customer Service and a Very Positive Experience
Very positive experience! I honestly cannot fault the customer service team. They have gone above and beyond to help me, and their support has been exceptional so far. After such an awful experience with Wayfair, it is a huge relief to have finally found replacement wardrobes with a company that not only offers what I was looking for, but also provides such outstanding customer service. It has already restored my faith, and I’m really looking forward to receiving my new wardrobes!

Marcus was amazing, knowledgeable, not pushy and understanding. We came back in the next day with a better idea of budget and settled on a great mattress that works for us. Wouldn’t have got the sell if it wasn’t for him!

Good customer service and quality product
I placed an order in September for a Slumberland double 2+2 bed base, mattress and headboard. The next day I had doubts about whether I had chosen the right mattress, so I contacted customer service and was put through to the Manchester store. The representative was extremely knowledgeable and connected with me via a video call and took the time to show me the different mattress options in store via a video call. He recommended a slightly upgraded version that better suited our needs and was very pleasant, patient and helpful throughout, making it easy for us to make an informed choice.
Our order was delivered today by two friendly drivers. Everything arrived well packed, and they installed the bed and removed all the packaging. They were respectful of our property and very professional. We are delighted with the quality and appearance of our new bed and hope it will last for many years.

3 weeks of delays communicated a day…
3 weeks of delays communicated a day before on 2 occasions. First was a supplier issue that they would have surely known less than 24 hours before. The second was customer service incompetence where instead of providing compensation they instead removed money that I had paid, making it look like the bill was not paid up. This caused a further weeks delay

Purchase of Kingsize Mattress
I phoned the store in Manchester, right opposite Manchester United Football Stadium, on to discuss purchasing a king size firm mattress.
I spoke to a lovely guy by the name of Marcus.
Thank you so much for your Excellent customer service Marcus. You were very informative, showed me the mattress I was looking to purchase. You were fantastic, friendly, polite and patient with me. You explained how the mattress was made up. Excellent price. I was very happy with the knowledge and decided to make my purchase over the phone. Marcus arranged delivery. My mattress is arriving on the 25th September. Thank you so much Marcus. Brilliant customer service given throughout!
