It was a long time since I had ordered a new bed but my son had purchased from Bensons and he recommended it was where I should go.
I was nervous as buying a bed had changed since my last experience. Barry was so helpful and put me completely at ease and explained how the various mattresses worked. Would have no hesitation in recommending Bensons.

Staff in store very helpful, but not 'pushy'. Good follow up service. Items delivered on time. Too early to give full opinion on new bed, but early signs are very good.

Paisley store ! My purchase and my customer service was outstanding Lindsey helped my pick my new mattress and she was very good at giving me all the right information needed as I have back problems and this is a serious problem for me. However I am absolutely happy with my experience I had in your store and the products that I purchased.

Lindsey was fantastic!
Lindsey was fantastic and let us chat amongst ourselves. Very friendly and informative and when we came back into store at 5.50pm to go over some pricing. Lindsey and her colleagues stayed way beyond closing time to work out our figures. Above and beyond and we weren't even buying at this stage. I was so impressed that I couldn't buy from anywhere else after that and went back the next day to make a purchase. Excellent customer service.
