Helen was really helpful and friendly when we bought our mattress in December. Delivery was a couple of weeks after purchase, really happy with with the service from Benson so far.

Great service and communication from ordering the bed in September to delivery on 22nd December. The bed was delivered on time and I was updated regularly by the driver, I would highly recommend Bensons beds

From start to finish, it was a good experience
I was given advice and help choosing my mattress. The delivery was on time and Wojcech and Brian were friendly and respectful of my property. So from start to finish, it was a stress free experience.

We were greeted by a very pleasant and friendly lady who made us aware that she was available if we needed advice or information, but was not at all pushy or intrusive.
Once we were clear about what our requirements were we asked the lady for further information and she could not have been more patient or helpful. She guided us through every stage of our purchase and made the experience a very pleasant one

Good store to shop with
Didn't really know what kind of mattress we needed but member of staff was very helpful and patient whilst we decided. She gave us all the details we required regarding returns etc.
