First time visiting Bensons For Beds & very impressed. We visited the Ruislip branch as my son was looking to buy a bed & mattress & the Sales Assistant that helped us, Fatima, was so informative & helpful about the options available but she did not put us under any pressure to buy a particular bed or mattress. The whole process of buying was made very simple with her help. We would certainly recommend the store & the staff.

The lady who served me was very helpful. Popped in to see the bed the day before, gave me all the information i needed. Went back the following day to purchase saw the lady again, she completed the sale for me, no hassle smooth experience.

I tried Dreams and Bensons for beds in South Ruislip but Bensons were very friendly and very helpful and a much better colour scheme for the beds. I didn't feel pressured in buying. I would recommend them.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a bed from Bensons for Beds from the Ruislip branch and had the pleasure of meeting Ali. From the moment I stepped into the store, I was met with exceptional professionalism and expertise. Ali was incredibly informative, taking the time to understand my needs and preferences before guiding me through their extensive range of beds.

His knowledge of different types of mattresses and bases was impressive, and they explained everything in a clear and concise manner. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision, which I greatly appreciated. Instead, he patiently answered all my questions, ensuring I had a thorough understanding of each option available.

Excellent. The customer liaison lady was exceptionally helpful and assisted from purchase to ideas on transport. Could not fault them for anything.

Delivery should inform the customer before they arrive and need to be around that time. Wasting customer time giving wrong time for delivery and not Turing up at that time.

Raj in the Ruislip store was amazing. We went to buy a bed and separate mattress, as the key purchase was for my elderly mother I was a little concerned as to whether people would be patient. Raj was an absolute star, patient, considerate, informative and talked us through all options in a simple, respectful manner that ensured my mother understood all her options.

We have purchased from Bensons for Beds before and this experience reminded me why I always come back.

Also, the price was incredibly competitive with Raj knowing the history of all the suppliers.

Ali was absolutely lovely to us, looking forward to the item being delivered and will be much quicker than I even expected. But he’s Ali made the whole experience much better, nice guy, give him a raise.

Amazing experience. Ali was very helpful at finding us a bed that was suitable for our needs. We had previously bought a bed a few years prior to that and that's what made us go back there again and he remembered us. Ali was easily approachable and gave us his honest advice.

The team at Ruislip, were extremely helpful. They explained the pros and cons for the selections we made and we came away feeling that with information provided we made the best choice.
We also had a credit note for the Hayes store which has now closed. They expedited the switch to their store to help us complete the purchase

Purchased two beds, side tables, mattress protectors and new pillows from the South Ruislip store. Explained we were moving into a new home so would need afternoon delivery. Promised everything would be ok. On the day we moved in, they wanted to deliver at 8am, when we explained we don’t get the keys till lunchtime, they put it down as a failed delivery and refused to deliver for another two weeks. Beware, Bensons for beds only promise deliveries between 8am and 5pm. There is no option to choose am or pm, so they lied to us) So in a new home, sleeping on the floor and the South Ruislip store won’t even answer the phone. Terrible service! We considered cancelling the order to get it elsewhere and was told, we can but they will keep 20% of the money paid. They want £800 of my money because they apparently do not have afternoon delivery slots.
Once they have your money, they are extremely offish. Don’t know how they have stayed in business so long!

We were given a lot of help & advice when choosing our king-size ottoman divan bed. We needed a bed with good storage but it had to be one which opened at the end. There was a good choice of beds & mattresses but the hardest part was choosing the headboard. So much choice here but it had to be a certain size to fit the area in our bedroom as we had a fixed side cabinet one side of the bed. Luckily this was sorted too.
