We had problems selecting a bed frame and mattress which would be able to fit narrow stairs. The Assistant Manager went over and above to rectify the situation and solved everything. A very patient, kind and caring person. Nothing was too much bother.

I ordered a bed frame with a three week delivery time. I booked a day off work to receive the delivery. I received a number of texts with a 2 hour delivery slot between 8:15 and 10:15. On the day of deliver I travelled to the new property to accept deliver. At 9:30 I got a phone call telling me the bedframe could not be delivered today as the container had not arrived. I had booked a day off to accept this delivery which, they told me during the delivery slot would not be arriving. I then called customer services who said they would reschedule for the following week which i said was not good enough as I was not willing to book another day off for another potentially failed delivery. All the compensation they were willing to offer was free delivery. I cancelled my order for a full refund and will never shop here again. The staff in the Ruislip store were helpful, but I still wasted a day due to Benson's poor communication.

Fatima went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and ensure we knew all about the sofa beds
We came home , decided that we wanted to purchase the sofa bed we’d liked and phoned her back at the store
