IGel mattress, be ware! Bensons for Beds, be ware!

We have bought from B4Bs over the last 20 years and have been very happy however the core brand has changed, maybe the Nick Collard, CEO has changed things. My approximate £1500 mattress has dropped on one side, it's 18 months old. Called customer service, as we have a 5 year warranty, expected a visit to inspect it. However I was asked to submit photos, I complied. I received an email stating the fault was from "sitting on the bed, probably for long periods"! We rotate our bed every 4 weeks. I also go to bed to sleep! I challenged back this decline hoping for a sensible reply. I then received an email stating another reason reason they will not follow up. So angry, I can't actually remember as it was complete rubbish. I have messaged Mr Collard directly who has ignored me. I know I am not alone as there is a Facebook page dedicated to this company and how bad it is. I want my money back. In fact considering dropping the mattress back to the local shop on a Saturday afternoon. Bensons, sort it out.

Johnathan was very helpful and patient. He explained a couple of things I was confused about, he did not pressure us at all and let us try a few beds until we found the right one. Makes a change to have good old fashioned service.

Toni was attentive, and as we are both disabled she ensured all our needs were met. She did not rush us and provided customer service to the highest standard. We will need a mattress in the near future for another bed and will will return to see Toni
