Emma explained the mattress levels and let us try each one to see how we felt . We were tested on the machine to find out where we needed support . She left us alone to discuss our preferences . She was very bright & chatty.

Great service from Emma, enjoyed the new technology seeing which matress affected my hips.

The colleague, Emma, explained everything that needed to be explained and went into detail on exactly what we wanted to know. From the mattress tester to purchase, nothing went amiss. She even explained about finance options in great detail and explained about the bedcare because of our 2 year old daughter. All in all, great experience.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Plenty of time given to our purchase. Awaiting delivery of our order and looking forward to trying the new bed.

The sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained different types of mattresses and bases and we tried a few before making our decision.

Great selection of beds to choose from, experienced the mattress selector to insure correct firmness to enable good sleep. Also given a selection of headboards that were available for our chosen bed

My wife and i spent probably an hour with Ian at the Southport store. He was funny, knowledgeable and extremely engaging. All without one jot of being pushy, in fact quite the opposite. All together we had a very successful trip to the store, so massive thanks to Ian.

From going into the store to making my purchase Aimee was knowledgeable, friendly, attentive and approachable. She explained the differences of each mattress and pillow an I never felt pressured into making my purchase
She was recommended by our neighbour who also sang her praises and it was because of them we went and asked for Aimee in the store

Very knowledgeable member of staff Aimee, assisted me with my chronic health issues and the need for finding the right mattress and right pillows as not sleeping due to a fractured spine and awaiting more surgeries . I was in desperation to get the right help and advice to support me as I’ve been really struggling and can’t go on not sleeping as I’m more worn out waking than going to bed. She helped me have time to adjust and try mattresses and put time and extra understanding in how I felt and positioned on the beds. As it was a long process to try and give me time to get a feel for the right choices for my body. And with Aimee’s compassion and support and all her knowledge and expertise I’ve found the right mattress for my body now. Highly recommend 5* all round

The staff at Bensons For Beds weren't pushy or overbearing. Ian one of the sales team approached and asked if I needed some help. I explained what I was looking for and he explained thoroughly about each bed and mattress I was interested in. I was able to try out different mattresses and pillows therefore allowing me to make the right purchase for me. Thank you Ian for your time and patience.

The guy that dealt with us called Ian was great and spent time with us ,he knew what he was talking about and has worked for yourselves for some years ,he listened to what we needed and was very professional

Emma was fabulous! We went into Bensons in Southport not sure exactly what we were looking for, but we had a thoroughly great experience. Emma was so knowledgable about everything. She let us test many beds and pillows and we even had a diagnostic test on a bed to see out pressure points. We eventually chose what we required but the attention to detail made our journey thoroughly enjoyable knowing we were getting the best - thanks Emma Denise and Mike

Great service from Ian. The mattress I wanted was in store so I could test the different levels of firmness before ordering. They were able to deliver the new mattress to me within a week (5 weeks quicker than their competitor) and recycle my old mattress. They were quick and easy to deal with. I'm very happy.

Not bought a new bed for years. Benson made it a most pleasurable experience from walking in to walking out..Itried many beds in store until I found exactly the one for me. Thankyou Bensons and especially the very patient lady that served me.

We found Bensons had a really wide range of beds to choose from. Whatever your price range they had enough beds in your budget to choose
Our budget was mid. priced and we had plenty of choice. The gentleman Ian, that helped us choose was lovely, he was more than helpful, but not in a pushing way. He was very well informed about all the merchandise. Thank you IAN.
