Good choice, helpful staff.
Seeking a small double bed, many stores do not stock. Salesman Dan very helpful talked me through what was available. Tested mattresses from soft to hard. After doing this and lying on several options ended up with a mattress type I hadn't originally intended but I'm sure is better choice. Looking forward to new beds arrival!

Excellent customer service
The in store help, And customer service, provided by Dan, at the Speke, Liverpool store, was excellent. It wasn’t too intrusive, and really helped me to test and try out and choose the correct mattress for me. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

The salesman name Daniel from the Speke branch was very helpful and friendly. He make us feel welcome when we walk in. No pressure, as he give us lots of room to walk around and assure us that he will be there to assist us whenever we need. He is brilliant 🤩

Staff knowledgeable about the beds they sell
Purchased a bed in 2013 from Bensons. Very pleased with it so went again recently to purchase a new one.
The 3 staff involved in my purchase were very helpful and knowledgeable about the beds they sell. Decided and went back 2 days later to complete the purchase.
Look forward to delivery. So far so good!

Both Chris and his female colleague (apologies we didn't get her name) were fantastic. Very approachable and obviously experts within their field as they provided brilliant advice on the most appropriate bed and mattress.

Very helpful
Very helpful , lovely guy helped us decide what mattress was best for us. He gave us our space to look around and try out different mattresses , he helped us get the best deal and talked us through our payment options. Another lady there was very polite and helpful also .

I am very pleased with my new bed!
I was very pleased with how everything ran so smoothly, every step of the way.
I like that my old bed was taken away and there was no mess left in my bedroom!
I like the information Bensons give about how to preserve my new mattress and how to clean it.

The delivery team where very polite and courteous. It was surprise and nice to see the delivery team putting on and wearing protective foot coverings. I cannot fault them at all.

Bed and mattress
KELLY IN THE SPEKE, LIVERPOOL BRANCH, WAS AMAZING. SHE DEALT WITH ME REALLY PROFESSIONALLY AND WAS VERY FRIENDLY. I HAD ALREADY SPOKEN TO HER ON THE PHONE AND PIT A DEPOSIT DOWN. SHE GAVE ME TIME TO TRY OUT THE MATTRESSES, TO PICK WHICH ONE I WANTED. SHE ARRANGED EVERYTHING INCLUDING, DELIVERY AND COLLECTING MY OLD BED AND MATTRESS. I WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK TO HER IN THE FUTURE
