The sales guy was extremely helpful
The sales guy was extremely helpful. More personal than other bed retailers. He spent time getting us exactly the right bed. Customer service was very good. I’d definitely recommend.

1st of all, customer service was great. We felt listened to and supported when choosing the products. At no point were we pressured to purchase anything.

Excellent service (Stevenage)
Excellent service from the Stevenage branch throughout the process. Bed was delivered on time and taken straight through to the bedroom (not easy considering the house layout, so hats off to the delivery team!)

Would definitely recommend Bensons
Sales staff were knowledgeable and friendly which assisted my choice of mattress. Admin and communications regarding my order were very efficient and the delivery was on time and courteous.

Great service from knowledgable staff. Plenty of choice to suit all pockets.
Order process simple and kept informed throughout.
Delivery team put shoe covers on and we're very careful but quick at the same time.

All went to plan. Delivered on time. Excellent communications and driver tracking. Removed old mattress as requested. Very happy with new mattress.

A pleasant change, being allowed to have a look at the selection of beds without pressure from sales staff, who let me know they were there to help but happy to let me browse. Unlike my experience at the Biggleswade store, which almost prevented me entering the Stevenage store.
