Excellent service
Very professional from start to finish when the bed was delivered. It was expensive, but then it needs to be a decent quality when you’re sleeping in it every night. I would definitely come back again when I need my next one

Brilliant service from Bensons for beds Stockport. Bought mattress in Sale - great value! Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Good choice of delivery dates. Really good communication emails following purchase kept us well informed of progress while they made our mattress. Spot on delivery with a 2 hour delivery window given the day before arrival. Phoned us 30 mins before arrival to alert us on their way. Delivery chaps wore shoe covers on entry to house. mattress placed on bed upstairs and unwrapped. Took wrapping away with them so no additional waste to get rid of. Excellent service from start to finish. The only improvement could have been maybe a leaflet / warning about the gaseous smell from the new mattress which takes 2-3 days to clear after unwrapping. Best to air the room well and allow it to disperse before sleeping on it but otherwise all perfect 👌
