All good. Excellent service

Delivery Team were excellent. Rang to advise arrival time, put beds together very quickly and tidied up afterwards.
Polite, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly a credit to the Bensons team.

Initially a great experience in the Stockport store, found what I wanted and got a great deal. I agreed that I would visit the store again the following week.
I then had umpteen calls from your store employee and numerous emails which I found intrusive and irritating. We had agreed that I would pop into the store to finalise and then purchase a bed and a mattress.
I won’t be buying anything from you now.

Popped in to the Stockport, Peel Centre branch for a well overdue mattress. We were immediately met by Eric who welcomed us and gave us a few pointers and pillows and then left us to it with no pressure. He checked how we were doing a little bit later and was really friendly and helpful. Once we’d decided on the mattress we wanted we sat down with him to got through everything and make payment. He gently upsold us the pillows we’d been using and a mattress protector without any hard sell pressure. Everything was clearly explained including the delivery. My wife and I were really happy with the service we got and hope our positive feedback filters through to Eric. We would definitely recommend the peel centre shop based on our experience. I hope the mattress is as good.

Friendly but need arrange BSL Interpreter for deaf people for communication make sure staff understand what they want for new beds.

The selection of beds in the store was greater than any of the other stores we tried and that was important to us as trying the bed really made us more confident in selecting the right mattress. Trying the beds was encouraged and a pillow was provided to give us a full experience of what it felt like to lie on the mattresses. There was no pushiness and we weren’t rushed but were guided to the right matresses for our requirements.

Staff was polite and helpful and did not hassle you let you choose and look round to see what bed I required, also dealt with all my requirements and explained everything in simple terms, overall a pleasant experience to actually shop for a change in a store without being hassled definitely the best store out of the ones I visited

My boyfriend and I went into the Stockport branch of Bensons on Sunday 4th January. We needed two new mattresses, and a couple of pillows. I'd previously had a mattress from Bensons 10 years which was due a replacement, but the same mattress was no longer available.

Adam the friendly store advisor gave us straight forward direction to the next closest mattress that was like the one I'd had, and when it came to purchase he really made sure we had the best deal available. Both he and Gareth had great customer service chat and as well as a good deal on two mattresses, we even got some good pub recommendations out of the trip!

Thanks so much - the personal friendly touch really does make all the difference and we left the store feeling super pleased about the whole experience.

Had best experience. Customer service is top notch 👌 and the bed is very comfortable and very good quality.

Stockport Store, great experience. No pressure selling. No constant attention, when asked we said we would shout them over and that was respected. When we did ask for help the staff were knowledgeable and courteous. All in all a great service.

The whole process was excellent from in the shop through to delivery and installation.

Useful and accurate advice on the product (a chair sofabed) and delivery times, all sales people we encountered over 2 visits had a pleasant courteous helpful manner. Delivery process went as described and without a hitch; regular updates by email

Massive choice and range from basic to extended luxury

Sales Andrej has done exceptionally well on giving recommendations to me in order to assist me to find the most comfortable mattress. It’s the main reason I was buying the mattress here. Andrej is super nice and patient the whole time, nothing else can be asked for more besides his outstanding knowledge of mattress.
