Eric was incredibly helpful, personable and enthusiastic about the products. Also the sale prices were part of the decision to buy the bed and mattresses now.

We visited the Stockport store last…
We visited the Stockport store last weekend to look at new mattresses, the staff were attentive without being overbearing. Once we found our mattresses Gareth answered our questions with knowledge and took us through the purchase process and delivery. All in all it was a great experience, thank you Gareth!

Julie made our whole in store experience absolutely amazing.
She had expert knowledge on the products and was very friendly and reassuring at all times which took all the stress away when making big purchases.

Fantastic service at their Stockport branch.
We went to the Stockport branch where Julie helped us navigate the difficult process of choosing the right bed and mattress. Julie’s attention to detail and desire to help was very much appreciated. She gave us invaluable advice at the same time giving us space to discuss and make the right decision. The choice at Bensons is fantastic and their dynamic mattress machine helped in choosing the right firmness.

Julie in the Stockport branch has been amazing! So friendly, knowledgable and patient with me making sure l get what’s best for us, not the typical sales chat they do!
She was so lovely and fantastic with my little one too whilst l took my time and was not made to feel pressured which was a refreshing change, cannot recommend her enough and look forward to my delivery!
