Staff at festival park
Staff at festival park, Hanley were very helpful, especially Faye who was extremely patient with us.
All along Bensons kept us informed of the delivery, which arrived on time.
The quality of the bed is great. Would recommend Bensons for beds.

Staff were very attentive, I got the manager ,Lovely guy full of the right information, got my bed and mattress delivered exactly on time again 2 lovely guys to assemble it,im so pleased I went to bensons ,great quality at prices you expect today.

Staff at the shop were patient and explained everything about the product we eventually bought. Delivery date and time were perfect would definitely recommend bensons for beds

Good experience. Good price.
Polite, helpful and knowledgeable sales assistant. Good choice, we were looking for a fold away guest bed and there were several types to choose from. We found exactly what we wanted. Competitive price. Were able to deliver within one week. Delivery went well, bed taken upstairs for us.

Fantastic experience, from beginning to end. We had excellent help and service in the store to choose the right mattress. Incredibly professional service throughout, we were updated on exact time of delivery and the delivery team were great. It’s rare to have such a great retail experience.

Very happy with bed and delivery, communication good.
Only problem was the about 14 week wait between ordering and delivery. We were advised of this, but it did seem excessive.

Bed delivered on time by helpful, polite delivery guys .
We built the bed ourselves . Everything was included , no parts were damaged or missing.

Excellent service at the store. Staff very patient and it was no problem to take us round the various beds to look at. Pointed out where savings could be made.
