Excellent customer sales
I love all the 4 ladies that work at Benson beds Fforestfach Swansea they have all personally dealt with me over the years. They are a fantastic bunch and go that extra mile each and every time. I have purchased many very expensive beds from Benson beds and would highly rate this store for the excellent customer service they provide. Thank you again Helen

Approached cheerfully when we entered
Approached cheerfully when we entered. Advice given then left to look at beds. When I had narrowed it down I talked it through with staff and they helped with my decision. There were no pushy sales tactics at all.

Everyone was very helpful
Everyone was so helpful and gave us the time to browse at leisure and offered help and were very knowledgeable about the products making suggestions without pressure

Well stocked, clean, light and airy store. Well informed staff with excellent product knowledge. No hard sell.
Wide range of quality beds and mattresses to suit all budgets. Made to feel like a valued customer with no 'hard sell'. I purchased two mattresses and would definitely recommend Benson for Beds, Swansea.

The sales assistant was extremely helpful, listened to our concerns and requirements, and offered alternatives in bed bases, headboards, materials, colours. Took the time to help and did not rush us.
