Awful delivery service
Awful delivery service, they left 3 super king size beds and mattress in living room for myself and my wife to carry upstairs. They said the delivery time is 2 pm but they actually delivered in the evening around 7pm.

I understand that during the delivery, the drivers were unable to get the items upstairs themselves. I understand this has caused an inconvenience and I will feed this back so we can improve our services in the future.

At main store , Great service, friendly and extremely patient & helpful.
Some delivery issues easily resolved by the company but nothing that would prevent me from using Bensons in the future. Delivery services very good.

I was kept well informed of the progress of my order. The disposal of my old bed mattress and headboard was done efficiently. The delivery and construction of my new bed was courteous helpful and friendly, all packaging taken away, great service.

From selecting our new mattress to the delivery the customer service was excellent. The sales person was both polite and knowledgeable , as was the delivery team. Overall a very positive experience.
