She was professional and helpful

From first visit to the store to delivery of the two beds the service was amazing. I can't fault them at all. Excellent communication at all times. Highly recommend.

Taunton store sales staff were brilliant and really helpful. Without being pushy!!!

The showroom was extensive with a very good range of beds/mattresses. The sales person (Rob) was very knowledgeable and friendly. The process was painless. Thank you !!

Wasn’t hassled by sales people, once I was ready to look properly I was well informed, told all my options and all round very professional. Once I made my decision, everything was explained .

Ordering and delivery excellent I cannot however I can not comment on the bed as it was delivered to my son's in anticipation of my moving into an area near him in the next week or too. But am looking forward to trying my new bed out. I would however recommend Benson for beds in the future.

Very helpful and considerate staff. Gave me time to think about the purchase.

Beds booked and paid for to be delivered on 26th September in time for our student tenants to move in the following weekend. Delivery cancelled on the day with no hope of the mattress arriving in the next 3 months. Lucky I had already cancelled and moved some of my original order to Dreams that all got delivered perfectly. Also local company Somerset Beds stepped in and provided a good quality mattress on same day of order. Bensons staff couldn’t give a monkeys if they sold me a bed or not. The solution suggested by the Taunton store manager was to just refund the order and get rid of me. Never use this company, they have no customer care and are a complete shower.

Our bed ' was delivered' into our kitchen because they refused to lift the frame via our bay window. Then they left without all parts we needed to install the bed. My partner (82) separated the motor from the frame then the lifting through the window was easygoing..of course we had to organise two neighbours to give us a helping hand getting it upstairs. Now we try to get the missing components but still not successful. We will get 56 pounds delivery refund and lots of " I am sorry you have to call another number " .. So in my view the service of this company is appalling !
Our former bed with another company was delivered nicely and we both regret our decision.
One positive thing was the very friendly lady who sold us this bed so nothing but good in the shop that day !
Today is the first of october and the missing parts STILL haven't ARRIVED YET. !!

Bought a super kingsize Staples and Co Revitalise Eco Latex Pocket 3800 medium firmness mattress 3 months ago. I’d be been back again and again to the Taunton and Cardiff store lying on the bed. I found it comfortable. I lay on it for 1 hour in one shop. So took the plunge. My old Staple artisan bed base had collapsed and the mattresses had sagged shockingly and was not feeling confident in buying another bed from Benson. Earlier on in the year, I’d bought from them an Emma mattress and an Ottoman base and these were unbelievably dreadful. I gave them away. So I asked why I keep on buying beds from them,
So I ordered the bed, but at the quality of the sprung base was so shockingly poor. I treated myself to a Hypnos sprung base from another company and hope this would resolve any issues that may arise from the bed Staples and Co Revitalise Eco Latex Pocket 3800 Mattress. However, when I went to see the store again, I saw that the display mattress had started to sag on the side in the store. I’d seen this previously on my old mattress. I asked if I could cancel the order. I was told that there was a cancellation fee. The sales person said this was settlement and not to worry. I questioned how long the mattress had been on display. They said of quite a Few Months but reassured me that it was normal and the Bed had a ten Year guarantee. The mattress wasn’t cheap, close to £2,000.
Eventually the bed was delivered. It was hard. It said medium. I had thirty days to change it. Unfortunately for me , I was ill and unable to be at stay at home to have changed the mattress to something else. I thought a new bed, it’ll soften.
Well we are more than three months in and it is still rock hard. The amount of latex I cannot find. My shoulders ache, hips ache and shoulders ache. I bought part on credit and cash. The bed quality doesn’t give confidence in it lasting and certainly doesn’t look like the picture above. I have had to put a topper on it to make it tolerable. I am disabled and pressure points softness is critical. So as it stands I wish I’d bought something else. If you like a firm bed even when medium then this is for you. I wished they’d done a soft option or even
Medium soft. To hard for me.

Excellent service and very helpful salesman who explained differences of mattress to make sure we got the right one to suit us.

Very good until delivery. Bed due between 08.19 and 10.19 hours arrived well after 15.19... Late delivery and poor excuses left a bad taste. Sales team good in store, customer service team did not call delivery man/team when chased twice compounding the late delivery which would have been resolved if they could have contacted delivery team - as a result I felt fobbed off. Delivery driver and assistant tried to blame me for their incompetence not realising they had 2 customers with the same surname - "they mixed up contact details" resulting in very late (5+ hours) delivery and a wasted day for me. Please refund the delivery cost.

Our experience at Benson for beds in Taunton was really good and made purchasing a sofa bed really easy. Rob Venn explained everything in great detail and made the whole transaction enjoyable. We look forward to getting the bed in a couple of weeks, and if the delivery process is as good as this has been so far, then all will be good. Oh, and the price was great too!

Was served by the manager and what a credit to the store he was. Very knowledgeable about all their products and helped us choose the right product for us, and not tried to sell the most expensive item available. Highly recommend using this store and will return for future purchases.

Staff (kerry) very helpful, patient friendly, knowledgeable and spoke to me as a person and wanted to understand how my disability actually affects me to help me actually make the right choice and also has a sense of humour which helps you to relax more.

The staff were very helpful
