Bensons For Beds - Telford737 レビュー

Excellent service in store. Very helpful, friendly and provided useful advice, answering all our questions. We did some research and the price we were quoted was reasonable and competitive with other retailers. In fact with the 10% discount offered on the day it was the cheapest in the area for what we wanted.

Great salesman, good value products.

Excellent helpful friendly customer service. David went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase and he took the time to ensure that I had everything I needed.

Excellent service by David at the Telford branch, made our visit and choice of a mattress an enjoyable process.

The headboard and bed which were sold to us are not compatible, the manager of the Telford store who was approached by myself about the problem was unaware that headboards are not compatible with all the beds. He then handed the problem over to an assistant and and went on his phone having what sounded like a casual conversation with the language he was using. I was told the new headboard and refund would be sorted, 2 days later still not sorted I went back to the store, and was told the manager was going to sort it the following day, 2 days later I went back to the store the same sales assistant and another 1 were very helpful and said they would do it without the manager, which they did. But after 46 miles up and down, I have to wait another 6 weeks for delivery = 13 weeks in total

Me and my partner had the pleasure of being assisted by David during our recent visit to the store as first-time home buyers in search of the perfect bed. David's professionalism, combined with his delightful sense of humor, made our experience truly memorable.

From the moment we walked in, David greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. He patiently listened to our preferences and requirements, offering insightful advice every step of the way. His extensive knowledge of the products ensured that we were well-informed about all our options.

What stood out most about David was his impeccable politeness and willingness to go above and beyond to meet our needs. He took the time to explain the features and benefits of each bed, making sure we understood everything before making a decision.

Thanks to David's guidance, we were able to find the perfect bed that exceeded our expectations. His friendly demeanor and expertise made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. We couldn't be happier with our purchase, and we have David to thank for that.

Overall, I highly recommend David to anyone in need of assistance at the store. His professionalism, humor, and genuine care for his customers make him an exceptional sales assistant. Thank you, David, for making our shopping experience truly exceptional!

One to one help with choice of mattress, attention to "my detailed needs". Patience, knowledge, pleasing personality. Kerry was brilliant. I had no idea how complicated it was now to chose a new bed.

The time and understanding given by the staff was excellent.

We went to the Telford branch to look at wardrobes and found one we liked at a price to suit a lady assistant asked if we needed any help so we asked about pricing etc the assistant whose name is Julia was most helpful and informative gave us all our options and at no time tried to pressure us into buying, we had a discussion about it between ourselves and decided to buy,the process of the sale was straightforward and clear and we went away very happy now waiting for our new wardrobe would certainly recommend Bensons.
