The young man (Michael I think) was very very helpful. He didn’t hassle me and allowed me to make my own choice but was on hand with advice about the beds I was looking at. He knew his stuff and was able to answer everything I asked about. He had a nice sense of humour and was a very pleasant person to talk to. At no point did he pressure me into making a decision which I was pleased about. All in all it was a nice change to find someone helpful, cheerful and friendly and interested in their customer without being intrusive. Thank you.

Excellent service in store. Very helpful, friendly and provided useful advice, answering all our questions. We did some research and the price we were quoted was reasonable and competitive with other retailers. In fact with the 10% discount offered on the day it was the cheapest in the area for what we wanted.

The headboard and bed which were sold to us are not compatible, the manager of the Telford store who was approached by myself about the problem was unaware that headboards are not compatible with all the beds. He then handed the problem over to an assistant and and went on his phone having what sounded like a casual conversation with the language he was using. I was told the new headboard and refund would be sorted, 2 days later still not sorted I went back to the store, and was told the manager was going to sort it the following day, 2 days later I went back to the store the same sales assistant and another 1 were very helpful and said they would do it without the manager, which they did. But after 46 miles up and down, I have to wait another 6 weeks for delivery = 13 weeks in total
