Very helpful staff still had records of our first purchase off them so knew what we were looking for

David was incredibly professional

Brilliant customer service, knowledgeable of their beds etc.

Very friendly member of staff at the Telford branch who was very helpful, good offers on at the time I went in store, was happy with the selection of mattresses as I had a couple shortlisted in store after trying them, overall I would buy from again!

Felt confident and happy with the information about the mattress purchased

Excellent service

Great customer service from Kerry and Julie , very helpful and patient in helping me find the right bed , nothing is too much trouble and very friendly and pleasant, not pushy at all just extremely helpful

Staff welcoming but not pushy. Explained the layout of the shop . Pleasant experience

Service was friendly quick and easy

Kerry at Telford was helpful patient and polite a true ambassador someone I’d recommend to friends and now also the store

Very helpful, great understanding of needs and no sales pressure

Julia our sales representative was welcoming, professional and nothing was too much trouble for her. We were trying all the mattresses as we were unsure what we were looking for. We found the mattress for our needs and two pillows as well. We were advised how to look after our mattress how and when to turn it, and a whole lot more. The service was just amazing.

Went in today to sort out a new bed for when we move, Michael in the Telford branch was amazing and so helpful, no pushing towards something we didn't like and made the visit delightful and we now have the perfect bed on order.

Very helpful, did not hound you as soon as you came through the door and gave you chance to look around but there if you had questions. Always been very impressed and this was no exception.

The salesperson was very friendly informative and a good listener. She initially took us through a series of tests to determine what degree of matress compressibility suited my wife best. She next demonstrated mattresses made by using different techniques, explaining the expected differences in experience in sleeping on each one. Price was not mentioned at all but I guess this would have been the case if we had given her a budget initially. My wife ended up quite content with her purchase and we did not feel pressured at all in any direction during the interaction.

We dealt with Julia in the Telford store. She was brilliant !! We picked our dream mattress and bed with her expert help. Couldn’t be happier !

Cant express how happy me and my partner were with the customer service when buying our bed. We were greeted and shown around by Dave Pilling, who was brilliant. He explained to us the science behind a good mattress and helped pick out the perfect bed for us - extremely knowledgeable and a perfect host.

10/10 all round.

The staff were excellent! So kind. Not pushy at all. Really knowledgeable. It was a great experience.
