The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional which made it a very easy process.

The member of staff that helped us was brilliant he gave us all the information we needed on different mattresses and bed frames. The shop was clean and tidy. Ben made us feel very welcome and helped us find an amazing bed within our price range.

Lateef was helpful and knowledgeable. Followed up my query and did his best to find what we needed. Returned to order with him despite having another branch closer due to his customer care.

Andrea she was so informative asked us what our needs were , explained the different types of mattresses and just generally lovely lady.

Excellent service, Lateef at the lakeside branch was awesome, I had amples of questions, kept calling him for sizes, material, colour and not once he showed frustration.
We got there in the end and placed the order.

My mum purchased a Mattress from your Thurrock store which she was very pleased with. The Mattress cover has all puckered and stretch in a few months. I have contacted Benson's customer service 3 times. They have said she has to deal with the manufacturer who said he will visit this week. So far the manufacturer has not turned up or confirmed he is still coming. I think your after sales is very poor.

My experience was great. For the minute we stepped into the shop it was very welcoming. Our Assistant was fantastic she knew exactly what she was talking about.

Wow what can I say! I am so happy with the customer service from Idris and that fact we manage to get the bed was wanted at good value. Me and my partner are very excited and couldn’t stop tell our family member at the quality of mattress and service in the branch.

Had the fantastic experience at Bensons for Beds Lakeside. Informative, friendly and stressful. Was looking to purchase a new bed and mattress, and a new mattress for our bed. Like any consumer, we looked around, but our minds, I think we're already made up. The sales woman who delt with us was top class. Never pushed for us to buy, just gave us all the options to come to a decision. Very happy with the price and delivery date given. Top class. Well done.

Had the best experience with Chris at the Thurrock branch. He was able to help me order the bed I wanted within minutes. He gave me all the information I needed to make an informed purchase. Would definitely go back if I need any additional beds in future!
