The assistant in the shop was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and made the choice of a bed and mattress a stress free experience. Explained all the choices available, their cost, benefits etc and delivery. Wonderful

First the negatives....I tried to order online and it stated free assembly. When I went through processing my order there was nothing on there to confirm assembly. Now the positives...I then rang the store and Chris who dealt with me was very helpful. He talked me through the payment process as he couldn't take payment himself. I did notice that even ordering through the store there was still no written confirmation of free assembly. Chris kindly sent an email confirming assembly is included so if I have any issues I've got it in writing.

I love my bed! The team were lovely, and I had a positive experience from the moment I walked into the shop to the delivery of my bed. Excellent service throughout!

Dirty van made the bed packaging dirty. Now my carpet upstairs is dirty, must be oil. Delivery guys didn't care at all. They run away so quickly I didn't have time to act. I have to pay a carpet cleaner to fix it. Bad experience.
Update!
Bensons for Beds contacted me and rectified the problem in 48hrs. That is what I call an excellent customer service. Highly recommend! If they make a mistake, which can happen to anyone of us, they will fix it. I trust them. I will buy from them again.

The whole process - from purchase to installation

The staff throughout. I wouldnt usually post things like this but the service from when I entered the store, was left to browse around and when ready nodded someone over to help, to purchase with the same salesperson, who added a discount without being asked, to the updates about my planned delivery and install date and finally the absolute legends who delivered, built the beds (i ordered two) and disposed of the old ones. So easy, so friendly and had 100% amazing nights sleep so far on my new bed in the past week.

People are doing their job as instructed, trained that they are paid to do with respect, politeness showing professional attributes.

I had a really positive experience at Bensons for Beds, thanks to Christopher, a helpful member of staff. His customer service was excellent from start to finish. I was quite confused about which colour to choose, but Christopher was incredibly patient and took the time to understand what I was looking for.

He showed me different types of bed frames and mattresses without making me feel rushed or pressured, and he was very helpful in explaining the options. His patience, knowledge and friendly approach made the whole experience so much easier.

Fab experience at Bensons for Beds Lakeside, thanks to Akwasi. I visited the store looking for a new bed frame and mattress and had lots of questions about the different options.

Akwasi was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and took the time to explain everything clearly, helping me find the right products for my needs. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the best possible deal, even arranging an additional discount with the store manager, which I really appreciated.

Akwasi also explained all the additional benefits available when shopping with Bensons for Beds. I chose to take up some of them and not others, but at no point did I feel under any pressure to buy.

It was genuine advice rather than a sales pitch, which made the whole experience feel relaxed.
