Sonya who delt with us was extremely helpful explaining all our options and answering our questions which allowed us to purchase with confidence.

Staff were very helpful and respectful of allowing us time to browse and decide what we wanted.

Went into Store today Friday 17th March 2023 in Wakefield, West Yorkshire
Was greeted by a very helpful lady by the name of Jane, asked if we needed any assistance
After our initial discussion with Jane after what we were looking to buy in the Sofa Bed Range
Eventually we left very happy customer's after placing our order with Jane

Excellent range and choice of beds. Sales assistant very helpful and knowledgeable on the products that we were looking at.

The sales lady was very helpful and friendly and explained everything to me, she showed me several beds until I found the one that I chose.

We went into bensons at wakefield and was greeted by Denise very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. She took us to a computer bed to find the right comfort and then took us to 3 mattresses we chose the 2nd and purchased. We have had it a few weeks and it is the best mattress we have ever had. Thank you Denise for your help, also drives/ delivery team was perfect

Jane, was fantastic and patient going through the style and options for both bed bases and mattress.

Selctions of Bed Matteraces was great, communication in terms of what's expected on the day of the delivery brilliant. Coms on order delay timely and accurate. I booked the recycling of my old matterace and the plastic bag to cover my old materace has been delivered in time. Overall very hassle free experience
