Ordered mattress 2 weeks delivery, then got a message saying it would be an extra 2 weeks wait because it had to be made yet.

Great in store service, friendly staff. The mattress we purchased is excellent quality and came on time l, delivered by 2 very helpful guys who needed to navigate around our cottage stairs!

Excellent service and knowledgeable staff

Mark is a very friendly , knowledgeable guy, nothing was too much bother for him, he helped us out with lots of furniture for our new home.

The salesman was very helpful nothing was too much trouble helping us choose the right bed for us.Was kept updated on delivery and arrived on time,two men delivered the bed and took it up two flight of steps for us would definitely recommend Benson for beds

We had a great experience with Benson beds, Mark's service n knowledge was great and helped us pick our new bed, no pushy tactics! We tried every type of mattress n we have come away very happy......well nearly we are still debating if we should have gone super king we can alway take the window out right???

Excellent service when we went in to the Wakefield store to buy a bed and mattress just after Christmas 2022. We were served by Mark and he couldn't have been more helpful, friendly, polite and professional. He didn't rush us or try to push us into a purchase. The items were delivered promptly and within the time frame specified. Would definitely recommend.

Well laid out shop, calm atmosphere, competitive prices, and efficient staff

The assistant who looked after us was very helpful and having ascertained our requirements and budget showed us a wide range of mattresses and bases until we found what suited us. She was friendly and professional throughout and gave a full explanation of all aspects of our transaction.

Lovely informative lady who helped us decide which mattress was suitable for us. We tried expensive ones as well as the cheaper.

As soon as you enter the store the commission vultures start circling. The store assistant was more than happy to help until they realised we wouldn’t be buying on the day and had to measure up at home.
Then all interest was lost and they just wondered off. Only interested if they can make some more money off you.

The store assistant told us we would only be waiting 3 weeks maximum for delivery. However on ordering the earliest delivery was May 6th, which is 15 weeks away.

The lady who looked after me was knowledgeable and professional. She was also very helpful in helping me to make my choices. A pleasant experience all round.
