We ordered a Hypnos mattress and base…
We ordered a Hypnos mattress and base with an order value of £2750. My wife decided she did not want the base. I have contacted customer services three times and the branch 6 times trying to get the base removed from the original order - they will not even answer the phone. I have emailed and stated that I want the original order with the base removed or I will cancel the whole order and go elsewhere. After numerous attempts I was able to speak to the assistant manager. He has cancelled the original order and substituted a new one at an unacceptable price. I told him I would have to cancel to be told I would have to speak to the manager - who isn't there. Its a nightmare !

Excellent customer service salesman was very knowledgeable polite and no pressure sales tactics gave us time to try different
Mattresses and explained the differences in there construction we settled for a sealy platinum extravagant mattress and a staples base with a hotel headboard. Were able to choose our delivery date and took advantage of the 20% offer. The service from Kay at the wednesbury store was outstanding.
Just one small gripe after spending over £4000 we didn't even get a free care kit but that's just me being cheeky. Would highly recommend.

Great Service all round
Rob at the Wednesbury store was really helpful and friendly, made everything so simple.
Also had a very efficient service from Customer Service when applying for a delivery charge refund.
