Fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff in the Yeovil store were friendly, knowledgeable and really helpful in finding the right bed. The bed itself is fantastic and incredibly comfortable. The delivery drivers were also super helpful, professional and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend!

Friendly & helpful staff. Purchased 2 bedroom cabinets that were in a stock clearance sale and was able to take them away that day.

From the sales person to the delivery person we could not have asked for better. We purchased our first bed 20 years ago from Bensons and the service levels have never changed. Helpful, knowledgable and they go the extra mile and all with a great attitude.

Delivery was within their time window - they were quick and tidy. (no experince of the assembly phase as we did that ourselves.

From start to finish the service we received was excellent. Tracey in the Yeovil store was very knowledgeable and helped us with making our final decision. Fantastic customer service and very friendly. We were kept up to date with relevant information from order to delivery. On delivery day we were called by John with a half hour window so we were ready and waiting. Both John and Andy were super efficient and like clockwork the old bed was taken and the new one in place. They respected our property and both were friendly and helpful. Thank you for such excellent service
