Staff were very well informed & helpful ( especially Tracy )
Unfortunately activating the finance package was one of the most difficult I have ever experienced !

Good service in store. We were listened to and good advice given. There was 15% off as well which was great.
The delivery team were cheerful, competent and timely. All communication was excellent, a very good experience all round. Let’s hope the mattress is just as good!!

The salesman Andrew at our Yeovil store was a delight. We didn’t feel pressured into buying. He was very informative.

A welcoming greeting with a lovely smile as we entered the store. Full information on the mattress we were interested in and were able to try out and a selection to view. All in all a very good experience in the store and have already recommended to a friend who has also purchased a complete bed.

Ordered and paid for a new mattress just over £1300, given a delivery date. Week later had an email arrive saying item would not be available for three further weeks past due date of delivery. Not a problem as incidences happen. Delivery driver's arrive with new mattress but wouldn't take our old mattress away as apparently Benson's charge £45 to take old mattress away which at no point in the sale process had we been told because if we had then we would have paid it. Call to customer service, call to Scotland and a call to the retail shop every individual couldn't of given a dam infact the whole backoffice/customer service tried to turn the situation around and blame ourselves without offering any solution which in all honesty was not a difficult solution too solve. I would like to point out the only individual who seemed to have a brain was one of the delivery guys who was excellent - We will never use Benson's again and Benson's ought to remember without the public they're nothing as Gerald Ratner once found out.

I visited Bensons in yeovil today in desperation to find someone who had the knowledge and also the kindness to help me find a new mattress to suit my needs. I was assisted by "LEAH" who couldn't have been more helpful,patient,kind and so knowledgeable that she made my choice so much easier by her caring attitude I want to say a huge thankyou for helping me and being so friendly,clearly an asset to the company. Credit where credits due. Thankyou Leah.

Easy transaction and clear information on options available.

First rate customer service, we were offered advice and guidance about the wide selection of beds and mattresses on offer and then encouraged to browse and try. Tracy gave us time and space to consider which options were best for us, there was no hard selling.

Saleswoman was very helpful without being pushy. The product and price were fine.

My experience from start to finish at your Yeovil store was exceptional!
I was shopping for a new mattress, and all I knew was I needed to replace mine, and I wanted a mattress that was firmer.
Immediately that I entered the store, I was greeted by a lovely lady called Tracey. After explaining what I needed, Tracey introduced me to all different types and makes and I was able to try them all out. Tracey was friendly and professional and so helpful, explaining about all the mattresses I liked. There was no hard sell at all. I chose the mattress that was best for me. Tracey talked me through everything I needed to know and I was prompted to ask as many questions as I wanted.
It was a stress free and totally enjoyable experience made even better by the friendly and knowledgeable Tracey! Being employed in the customer service industry myself, I am always mindful of how I am treated when I am shopping for myself, a sales person can make or break a sale if they do not have the right attitude! The products have to be excellent of course, but so do the staff!
Tracey is a credit to her company and she made me feel very confident i had made the right purchase to meet my needs!
And Benson for Beds have some excellent products and at good prices too!
I am so pleased I chose Benson for Beds and I'm extremely pleased with my purchase.
