My mother called customer service to inquire about an order she placed. The lady she spoke to was very rude, didn’t even bother to search up the order number and spoke to her with attitude and aggressiveness. My mother asked if she should call back another time, the lady said yes and when my mother asked when she should call she was immediately hung up on. She never had a chance to even say much.

I ordered the Khaite Admiral boots 4 times and the order has been cancelled 4 times now. I order my size and after I've placed the order that size is no longer available. A few days later my size shows it's available again and then I get an email saying my order was canceled.
I finally got through to customer service and she told me they have 1 pair left in my size on 5th Avenue in NYC. I've left 3 voicemails and no one will call me back.
Terrible customer service!

I order the Givenchy Mini Antigona Lock 3 times, and I received the wrong Antigona bag 3 times. I called, wrote email, chatted with them to make sure they send out the right bag on my last attempt. It was dumb of me to believe they can get it right on the 3rd attempt.

Worst customer service ever. NO customer service describes my experience better. Can't reach anyone on phone, no return calls, terrible website, delayed delivery. Shop somewhere else because BG doesn't want your business

Place a order over a week and a half ago no tracking called customer service was told they could do a 2 day shipping another week gone by no transaction still, called back again spoke with agent express shipping was not a option was told I’ll be giving a $20 credit and I would receive the package in 5 days,asked to speak to a manager all to be placed on hold for 20mins just to come back and tell me I would receive a call back in 40 mins BG you guys are dropping the ball!!!!!

I purchased a pair of golden goose shoes unfortunately they were to small so I mailed them back and ordered new ones.I called to see what was taking so long for my refund they informed me that they were sending them back to me that the shoes they sent me were different and they have proof. I would like to see the proof. Ive tried reaching out to a supervisor to get this resolved as I have all emails regarding my order with picture of the shoe from my online order and I keep getting the run around (I have yet to receive the shoes that they sent back) I would have never expected this from Bergdorf Goodman, needless to say they have not heard the end of this!

I recently had an awful experience with Bergdorf Goodman. I ordered a YSL handbag to be delivered to my home. The online representative assured me a signature would be required for delivery when the order was placed . However, I was not available when the delivery was dropped off by Fed Ex. Unfortunately , the item was delivered at my doorstep and photographed as delivered. It then went missing & presumably stolen. When I discussed this issue with management they informed me I was responsible. This is reprehensible, and I would not have ordered the bag without signing for it in person as promised. They do not care who stole the package, and informed me I was responsible for the cost.
Do not order from this company! They were very rude & now I have to pay $3,300 for something I never received.

Absolutely fabulous. Use your Neiman Marcus charge card when they have the clearance sales in Jan-Feb. The deals are amazing. Designer items at 70% off, and selection is slightly different from Neimans. Brilliant. I use Shoprunner to make sure I get my purchases within 2 business days. Been doing it for years now and never a bad experience.

I ordered last December 16 until now I still haven’t receive the product. They have a BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They DONT CARE and will not do anything but to tell you “it’s on process”. It’s been a month I keep receiving emails they received my order. it’s been almost 40 days still on process!

I had a lot of trouble getting help in the store’s shoe salon, finally got a good salesman after a couple hours waiting and looking around, he did a great job of overnighting a pair of shoes in 2 different sizes at the store’s expense so I could try both, and he told me I could have their in store cobbler widen a shoe if needed. Sounded great. But when I tried to reach my salesman by phone and text and the salon by phone (3 times) to organize in- person help from the salesman and cobbler in choosing and fitting the shoe, I could not reach anyone. I left a voicemail with the department early in the day; an unknowledgeable person phoned back at closing time, too late for me to take care of this. I only had today to address this before my return deadline and now I have no help on size choice. The woman who phoned back suggested I should have phoned them a few days in advance to organize things for today. I suppose that would have been prudent but I work long hours during the week and had hoped a luxury store would be more available and responsive.

Avoid business with Bergdorf Goodman and Neiman Marcus.

Bergdorf Goodman and Neiman Marcus has no customer support. Very disappointed. Stayin on the hold for 50-60min for supervisor is not acceptable. Delivery company fabricates delivery just not to admit that there is no signature included because someone need to issue refund since November 2022? It is ridiculous waist of time. Almost all offshore support has language limitation.

Extremely poor customer service and follow thru. I returned an item that didn't fit and never got the refund and they put the blame on me. The customer.

I ordered a sunglass for my sister for Christmas, and it took them almost a month to ship. I called and customer service gave me some discount for "inconvenience" and told me he would have shipping rush my order, but it still came later than what he told me. The product arrived and when my sister opened her present for Christmas, the item was broken, and I had to ship them back. It took 2 weeks for them to process my refund and only gave back the amount that was already discounted by the item being delayed. I called customer service to explain the situation, and she hung up on me. I am not ordering from this company anymore!

I ordered a handbag from Bergdorf Goodman and it arrived in a badly packaged box - torn at the top.
All of the handle's hardware were abrasive looking and scratched. The leather was scraped on one side.
In my opinion, it was used and returned / put back on the shelf for sale.

Very dissapointing from BG. I don't think I can trust their website/online shopping anymore. I returned it today via my choice of carrier / paid for insurance /proof of receipt (return shipping fee $71).

Update:
I did receive notification from BG that my return was received. However, no comment from them about my experience or the fee that I paid to ship it back. They did offer free return via federal express, but no "insurance" was included. Who would they believe if it never showed up?

If ZERO is an option, they deserve a ZERO. Awful experience. Ordered for Christmas, it says it will be delivered on 12/21, just in time for Christmas. 12/21 comes, no item arrived. I called and they said, it’s a bit delayed but it will be shipped overnight so you’ll have it on the 23rd. On the 23rd, I called again because now, it’s almost Christmas and I need the item as a gift. It was delayed again per customer service. It says it will be delivered on the 27th, latest 28. Nothing delivered on either day, it will be shipped and expect it on the Jan. 2 because our orders are now up to date. Well, guess what, NOTHING delivered and it’s almost Jan 3, because I am typing this at 10:20pm. What a mess! So horrible. No one should be shopping from this store anymore. They don’t deserve anyone’s trust.

ordered a pair of sneakers on the 17th,paid for overnight shipping so they would arrive before Christmas.today is the 29th and I still haven't received the sneakers

Horrible and Disappointing Christmas Experience. As a new customer, I purchased a McQueen clutch online after
they sent me by text 20 percent off. Then BG site promised a 600.00 gift card. This was a big surprise gift for my 30 yr old daughter who had a tough year. I paid for 2 day shipment. I figured Christmas was a week away. I got a being processed email every day for 4 days. No confirmation about the 600.00 gift card.
I was on hold waiting for a supervisor for hrs. Finally got one. She said I was not entitled to the gift card because of the 20 percent off i received. I made her read
their exclusion policy. She agreed I was correct and she would authorize the gift card.
It is now 10 days after order. No clutch bag delivered for Christmas, no 600.00 gift card, no email stating any information only maybe around December 27 the bag might be delivered.
The Supervisor was Jane. I think the Inspector General should investigate this store and it's fraudulent practices in offers, delivery practices, and discount offers as well as gift cards.
Obviously I will never purchase from them again

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an online order on 12/16/22. My card was charged and the money was taken out of my account. On 12/19/22, I received an email stating that my order was cancelled per my request. I NEVER cancelled my order as it was a Christmas gift for my daughter. I called and spoke to an agent regarding my order and was then told that the order was cancelled because my credit card information did not match with the billing address. When I asked about the email that stated the order was cancelled per my request, all the agent could tell me was that it was more than likely an error. I was offered “FREE SHIPPING” if I chose to re order the same item while I wait for the $1,436 to be returned to my account. I will NEVER order from them again!

Fraud. Bergdorf Goodman sent me the wrong shoes, apologized then refunded me. Two months later I see the same charge again. I have called and their feedback is ludicrous they stated the wrong shoes were returned when in fact they sent me the wrong shoes! I am beyond disgusted and frustrated with this fraudulent company. BEWARE DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS FAILED COMPANY.

I purchased online last Saturday a YSL bag and credit card charge went through Sunday, when I also received a text from a certain "Mark with Neiman Marcus" verifying my purchase. I did not reply as I did not order from Neiman. Monday morning, I received an email cancelling my order and cust svc, Edgar, when I called, told me he cannot help because I need to deal with my bank. I asked for the mgr, and was put on hold for half hour, and the mgr ultimately reprocessed my overnight order- to arrive Tues/Wed as I need it by then. It's Thursday today and still nothing...and cust svc advised me it is still "being processed", and that the OVERNIGHT SHIPPING only applies as soon as it is PROCESSED (indefinitely)!!!
