We have realised that due to health reasons (mainly disabilities) this tour service is completely unsuitable for our needs and have e-mailed asking for a refund. Despite this no response from the com... もっと見る
Don't buy ticket on mobile. They made us stand in multiple queues and gave wrong info before we got a printed ticket by emailing our receipt to a hotel desk. Lots of wasted time.

Alternative Berlin Tour
This was an excellent tour and our guide Liam was very knowledgeable and helpful on a very cold day. One in our party had grown up in Berlin and also found the tour full of information and places she did not know. THe 'history of protest in the 60's' was the era in which she went to university in Berlin and she said his information was both accurate and insightful.
