Quick efficient service as always

My experience through the BES Sales Portal wasn't extremely positive, and in the end gave up and reverted to the ol' fashion "Phone the Order through". Tracy took my call and reinstalled my faith in BES...... she processed the order for delivery tomorrow so smoothly, and helped me every stage of the way. That's why AI will never replace the likes of Tracy. Thank you

Easy to navigate website to place order. Payment process straightforward. You can select your delivery dates to suit your business hours. Excellent service from start to finish. Will definitely use BES again.

Always great service but this time, while dealing with delivery issues (the fault of DPD) the service I experienced from Beth Crickmore in the sales team was exceptional. Despite ongoing issues she was relentless in pursuing a positive outcome, continuously friendly, apologetic, informative and helpful, an absolute pleasure to deal with. She’s a real credit to BES, if only more people in the world could have this positive and productive energy!

Just sorted an account out with Beth Crickmore on the phone because the website was stressing me out and she was 1st class. Even managed to sort my order and get it sent out that night for me. Great service, great products.

Tracy & Sean was a great help to me, not on one, but two occasions. I ordered late one night and made a mistake with my delivery address (It had been a long day) but Sean was to help and corrected my mistake for me hassle free, second time I realised I forgot some key items on my order (did I say it was a long day? haha) however, I rang back instantly and got through to Tracy, she was very understanding and happy to help again, very good service from Tracy & Sean, exactly what you want... after a long day... :D

Experienced a few delays over the xmas break and some issues with delivery drivers but Beth sorted these issues straight away whilst on the phone to me. Polite and proficient :)
