Great service, great team would highly recommend. I spoke to Sam last year as I was really unhappy with my teeth as they were stained and stuck out at the front. Sam understood exactly how I wanted my teeth to look and fitted a brace to straighten them, I then used whitener and was then fitted with my trial smile, the work has now been completed and I absolutely love my teeth I can now smile with confidence!!! Thank you so much Sam and thank you to your amazing team who looked after me so well though the whole process.

I am very happy that I managed to find Bespoke Smile in Marlow to finally fix my underbite situation. Most dentists I had consultations with said I would need jaw surgery and did not give me the time of day. Dr Sam Jethwa was non judgemental and listened to what I had to say and what I actually wanted out of this treatment. His attention to detail is incredible. It really is “bespoke”! All of the staff are super friendly. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to fix/improve their teeth to visit Bespoke Smile.

Very impressed with Bespoke Smile. Extremely friendly and professional clinic, and all the staff make you feel very welcome. I am having Invisalign treatment and Dr Lydia has been amazing so far. She discussed every step thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable and happy. They are also super professional with the current COVID restrictions ( checking temperate on arrival and sanitising hands, and making sure no one else is in the clinic/ waiting area at the same time) which made it feel safe for me to come and still have treatment. Would highly recommend to anyone.

x2 treatments down..and a few more to go! After 10 years of not going to the dentist, I have finally found one that I felt I would go to! Trust me, if you are scared to even make that first consultation / phone call - just do it. Amiee made me feel like I could conquer my fears as soon as I chatted to her. I am on a journey to get myself healthy again and with Invisalign on the horizon! No, the work isn't nice - when has it ever been 'nice to do'.. it's the dentist!? However, the whole team make me feel like I can do it and when I walk out of there i'm so proud of myself! They don't make me feel more guilty than I already do about neglecting my teeth for so long. You can stop whenever you need to and you even get Netflix to watch. (Although my eyes are firmly shut!) No waiting in a huge waiting room.. it's quiet, calming and so clean. They are so patient with my fears and worries but I feel so much happier I've got this far and cannot wait to do the before and after pictures, it'll be so worth it. Just make the call! Right from the beginning of my interaction with Bespoke Smile, I was very impressed with the honest, straightforward way that Dr Sam discussed the dental work I was seeking. I had been thinking of getting this work done for a number of years but it really was the open and honest manner that Dr Sam answered my questions, set my expectations, that finally persuaded me to go through. All the way through, Dr Sam continued to answer any queries or concerns I had, quickly and honestly. I am delighted with the results which far exceed my expectations and overall my only regret is not coming across Bespoke Smile earlier. I must praise the whole team in Bespoke Smile who worked to make everything work smoothly for me, particularly during a pandemic. Overall I had a great experience with Bespoke and would happily recommend them.

Wow where do you start, from the first minute of talking to Aimee you are made to feel at ease. Aimee took the time to listen to what the issues were and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find the right solution for my problem. Aimee explained all about the different possible solutions even showing me pictures and videos of work done by the surgeons there, by the time it came to deciding whether I wanted to go in for a consultation it was a no brainer. If the surgeons are half attentive as Aimee was I will be in great hands.

From having my initial meeting with Amie and working with my budget, I then had a consultation with Sam Jethwa, he told me he could have me smiling again as I had lost my confidence. He has done an amazing painless job and I cannot forget mentioning Lauren who is Sam's lovely assistant that completely puts you at ease. They work so well together.
Sam explains all that he can do to help, he is so friendly and gentle and I never thought I had the nerves nor the money.
I had great faith in all that he recommended for me.

Where do I start? Firstly, sit comfortably, and I'll begin. Secondly, let's have some context here in the simple fact that I am leaving a review before my treatment is even completed. This alone speaks volumes about the service you get with Bespoke Smile, that I have 100% total confidence in them. So, my story is a little bit of an odd one. I lost all of my top teeth aged 20, due to a variety of contributing factors, and had become increasingly depressed and down about the situation, to the stage, over 20 years later, that the existing lower teeth were also just about clinging on to me, because I refused to see a dentist. I was so embarrassed and I'd had bad experiences in the past with two separate practices making me feel massively uncomfortable and frowned upon. Last year, it got to the stage where I had to give up work, because there was so little bone or tissue for my dentures to cling to, that I physically could not stand up and teach my class. Let's face it, kids are brutal, and my teeth flying across the room isn't something I was prepared to risk. I finally acknowledged that I needed something to be done surgically when I could feel my denture protruding into my nose, and knew time was very limited with options. We were in lockdown at this point so chucked out an email to Dr. Sehmi after watching some YouTube videos, and just tried to forget about it for the time being. The response I received was nothing but sympathetic, kind and well-worded, and I genuinely felt as though he wanted to just help. Skip forward a few months, and I am post-surgical having had complex zygomatic implants. It hasn't been easy, but apart from having little choice, I am so happy I took the plunge with that first email. My second surgery took place recently for four implants in my lower jaw, getting in while I have some existing bone to grab to! The wait is now on for everything to settle down, but even the implants with my existing modified denture-to-bridge looks at least 400% better cosmetically. I feel like I can talk to people and smile for the first time in around 18 years. I hate to be a person that sounds so focused on what might appear to be trivialities; cosmetic surgery blah blah, but this was a case of me literally never leaving the house. My depression before the treatment caused a huge amount of disruption in both my life and that of my family. In short, I just wasn't me anymore.
I have waffled on enough now, but there are a few points that I feel I HAVE to say:
• If you are considering implants and you feel that dentists and doctors are unsympathetic and judgemental, then yes, they mostly are, but I have done the research for you, and Bespoke has only amazing ones!
• If cost is an issue, ask about your options. People do not like to look as though they cannot afford things, but finance options are just sensible, especially the way 2020 is at the moment. There are finance options that are interest free and manageable. Just ask. Bespoke was adamant I was not to sell all my worldly belongings, including the cat.
• The staff are amazingly friendly and make you feel at ease from the first point of contact. Not just the surgeons, but the dental nurses, technicians, reception staff...everyone. Special mention also to Kai the sedation dude!
• If you are sceptical about whether your options are even viable, ACT NOW, do not leave it so late that the surgery is more complex than it needs to be, just because you are embarrassed at the state of your mouth. After me, yours probably looks pretty good in comparison! Gurs and Guy went above and beyond to rectify my problems; I fully acknowledge how little they had to work with and I just should have done this years ago. They were determined to help, and adamant to have a plan that was so intricately produced, that they even had a plan B should plan A be a problem. They took the impossible to possible in about 4 hours which is ridiculously good after two decades of feeling rubbish. They are not only life-changers, but life-savers, because my life was non-existent; socially, professionally, everything.
So after what is not so much a review as a gargantuan journalistic piece, I will leave on the note of just be reassured that this is a place of overall loveliness. I woke up from my sedation and said I felt like I'd had a "lovely sleep at a spa", and was told "please say this in a review!". I keep my promises, as does Bespoke.

I'm about a third of the way through my treatment and I'm already seeing amazing results. I used to hate going to the dentists as a child but actually look forward to going to see Dr Lydia to get a new aligner and see how my new smile is coming along :)

I haven't had the full course of my treatment yet, but so far so good. The staff are very friendly (from the reception to the dentists) and explain the process in great detail. I was impressed by the technology used and the smooth transition of booking appointments and COVID-19 precautions taken.

I highly recommend Dr Karina Kowalski and her assistant, highly professional, thorough and friendly.
I particularly appreciated the time she took to explain my future treatment plan and explain my X-rays.

The entire team are warm and welcoming from the the initial booking/consultation stage through to treatment, always happy to offer advice and even under the masks you can tell they are smiling!

It feels great to no longer dread visiting the dentist... roll on my future treatment.

I highly recommend Gurs Sehmi and the Bespoke Smile team. I was researching dental implants when I found a number of videos on YouTube that was presented by Gurs Sehmi. The videos and his friendly mannner convinced me to suggest to Mum to take up the free initial consultation. We were both impressed and felt confident in his abilities as he took a great deal of time to listen to her concerns and provide options to consider. Mum had the procedure, had no pain and is delighted with the outcome. So much so she will be returning for more treatment in the new year.
I have since seen Gurs for a problem with my bite and jaw alignment which has bothered me for years. He diagnosed the problem which was a slightly longer rear tooth throwing my bite out of alignment and within minutes corrected the problem that has given me an immense amount of discomfort.
Gurs Sehmi is very skilled, attentive, thorough, detail driven in whom I have every confidence. Thank you for helping me and my Mum, see you 2021!
