There was a duty of 67 euros which means this is not discounted nor if I returned the items can I recover this cost so I can’t shop there again - you should be honest to your customers and tell them duty is not included

Hab einen By Malene Birger cropped Trenchcoat bestellt. Hab mich sehr gefreut, dass ich dort genau meine Größe noch zu einem unschlagbaren Preis gefunden habe. Gab auch keine Probleme mit dem Versand und auch die Zustellung war super keine Extrakosten.
Der Shop hat einen tollen Kundenservice über WhatsApp.

Fabulous coat! My only negative would be the packaging which might have been down to the courier. The box was actually open when I received it, luckily no damage to the beautiful coat. I can provide pics if you need?
