Still haven’t received the package. Dhl is asking me questions as if I was reselling the garments. Not sure how this company shipped the order, but clearly did not provide correct information to DHL. Please use other shippers like UPS for international packages. DHL requires more lengthy information and tends to have more issues delivering internationally.

It’s alarming how no one has responded to my emails in regards to a return I’ve been trying to make. I have not received the return label due to an error on your end even though the return was approved the same day I received the product. I would like the return label sent to me but no one has responded. I have been trying for 3 days now for someone to respond but I haven’t gotten any response from Bessette customer service.

This was my first time purchasing from Bassette and I’m usually quite cautious, but after reading the reviews I decided to take the plunge and I’m so glad I did. I’d had my eye on this jacket for over a year but couldn’t justify paying full price, so when I saw it at 50% off I didn’t hesitate.

In my excitement I accidentally ordered the wrong size, but after emailing and DM’ing Bassette they got back to me immediately, even during the festive period. The jacket arrived quickly and I absolutely love it. I can’t wait to wear it.

I am pretty selective about shopping and I loved this bag as soon as I viewed it. The shape, the textured leather, and the gold swirl make it extraordinary. The price point was great- it was $400 less than on other sites. The shipping was quick as lightning!
