Honestly, Iâve never experienced anything like this before. I ordered a brand-new bag from this site, and what I received was clearly used. Not just with small signs of wear â but with very obvious marks, as if the bag had been worn for years and then resold.
The strangest part is that Besset is not supposed to be a resale platform. I immediately sent them photos, and to their credit, they reacted quickly, asking me to return the item and promising a refund. I shipped it back right away.
