Great service in store, no pushy salesperson. We were given all the information we needed.After checking a few things at home we ordered online as we were told we could. Delivery date was given and everything arrived on the day given. Joe was the salesman at Blaydon, extremely pleasant and polite and a great help .

So easy to order & fast delivery. We had a leak and needed to replace the flooring, local companies quoted waiting several weeks for order so I was delighted to receive the flooring in a couple of days.

It was really easy to purchase what I was looking for online and the communication was good with regards to the order and delivery. The flooring arrived and I was really happy with it. the quality was great even though the price was a lot cheaper than Carpetright (for what looked like the exact same flooring).

orderd and picked delivery day for a Tuesday as that was required to fit in with the job. confirmation email from them saying its to be delivered then.
on the Tuesday evening got a email from UPS saying the have just received my parcel and was out for delivery on THURSDAY!!
called Best 4 floors, no apology, or accountability taken. cancelled order advising I Have to go get fooring that day as I was already a day behind on the job. said they wouldn't transfer money back till item returned. suggested they contact UPS and recall parcel as I may not be in to refuse and wouldn't take responsibility if they left it with a neighbour. said they would...
Thursday... poor guy from UPS turned up, had to refuse parcel.
6 days later and after a messages through PayPal with not one response still NO refund. I then get a email of Best for floor's for a review. here it is.
absolutely despicable service.
I'd like my money back and more.
I'll cut and paste this onto trust pilot as doubt it'll get published on there site.
going through credit card company tomorrow to get money back as best for floor's obviously not interested in contacting or reimbursement, they are waiting maybe fir pay pal involvement

Absolutely over the moon with my flooring thanktou so much fallen in love with it in my new bathroom if I need anything else will certainly be coming back to you guys 😄

They sent me a YELLOW vinyl which was WHITE in the picture. Came home from work and builder had already fitted it. It looks like puke yellow in a white bathroom it looks gross! The picture on the website was so far off the actual colour of the vinyl! They couldn't have been less helpful.
Don not buy from them, the colours are completely off!

sold us flooring which has fell apart after only a few weeks. 9 months later no refund or apology. They do not respond to emails and NEVER answer the phone! We saved up to get a new floor and we can't afford to get it redone! now is nothing but a trip hazard to our 3 young children. Left a bad review on their site and it miraculously vanished a minute later!
