Great products..good prices & quick delivery

Vinyl sheet Flooring looks ok but one of the adhesive bottle I ordered with the flooring didn't work. Had to rush to local store to get new adhesive.

Delivery quicker than I thought and great quality vinyl. This is my 2nd order from them as I like to change my vinyl every couple years. Will be ordering again soon for my kitchen floor

Its early days but it seems to be a decent product at a good price.
The delivery was according to the notice given.

They handled my decision to return the initial purchase without any issues, and when I unintentionally ordered a larger vinyl floor than I had intended, they exchanged it for the correct size without asking, even though I was at fault. In addition, the quality is excellent and reasonably priced. Best4flooring has my highest recommendation, and I will most certainly be making another purchase from them. They made the effort to make sure I got everything I needed, and I appreciate that.

Vinyl flooring was ripped when we opened it,lucky we could get away with not using that part,and then 2 days after it ripped again, it's really soft, and the colour is starting to fade and has been coming off on my baby's clothes

A service above and beyond. Purchasing a small end of roll piece of vinyl cushion flooring for our boot room renovation and at an amazing price we didn’t expect immediate delivery due to living in deepest darkest Wales. Even Storm Darragh didn’t stop them, delivering within 3 days 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Best4Flooring. Will definitely recommend

After my experience with this company, it should be renamed Worst4Flooring. Although the ordering process was easy and I was able to specify a delivery date, actually receiving the goods was a massive headache.
My partner waited in all day for the delivery, which did not turn up. The next day, UPS updated the tracking site to say the package was no longer at the local depot, but didn't give a revised delivery date. I contacted Best4flooring, the phone number just kept ringing, my email was answered eventually by an anonymous person saying that there are sometimes delays - no apology. I had to press them to respond with useful information about where my parcel was, and when it would arrive. Eventually, a named person - Michelle - responded, who was both helpful and apologetic, managing to contact UPS about my missing parcel. As neither me nor my partner could guarantee to be in on a revised delivery date, I had to ask that the parcel was left without requiring a signature - not ideal. I finally received my package 9 days late, albeit Best4flooring had refunded the delivery charge.
My advice if you're thinking of ordering from this company is check first whether the carrier is UPS. If it is, place your order elsewhere, or collect it rather than requesting delivery.

I decided to return the first order which they did without any fuss and then when I accidentally ordered a larger vinyl floor than I was supposed to they swapped it for the right size without any questions asked even though it was my fault. The quality is also amazing and greatly priced. I will definitely recommend Best4flooring and will 100% be shopping with them again. I appreciate the trouble they went through to ensure I had what I needed.

Unfortunately there isn't an option to leave no stars, if so, l would.
This was a terrible buying experience that went on for way too long to go into full detail.
The shortened version is that this was the first time our company had ordered from here. Luckily it was a very small " test " order with a view to the company being our regular supplier.

Ordered a beige vinyl with red, brown and grey flecks at a cost of just shy of £200, this was to complete a summer house job for our customer.

What arrived a few days later was a grey vinyl with green and grey flecks, clearly the wrong item had been supplied.

After the images had been " investigated " by Best4Flooring, a couple of days later, l was told there had been a labelling issue and l had indeed received the wrong item.

By this time, our customer had been left hanging with an unfinished job 😡

I was asked " would you keep the item for a 50% discount?" Erm, no, it's 100% incorrect, why would l keep it?

Was then told that the item l ordered wasn't like it looked in their photos online, it wasn't beige, it's infact grey...

So, l asked, rather than sending out the correct one, could you send out an alternative please as it is a beige one that's required?

The short answer was no.

I would have to return the wrong vinyl, wait for it to be inspected, get a refund, then reorder another vinyl....

This was all taking way too long.

I asked for it to be picked up, l would have a refund, and l will go to a shop and pick up a vinyl for my customer that has been more than patient.

I was told it would get collected Friday, l had to move a job as lm self employed, l waited in until 1pm then got a call to say it was now going to be collected on the Monday 😡

Monday came, after receiving no details of the collection, l got in touch with the courier company for an eta after getting nothing from Best4Flooring, they actually told me an ETA AFTER the roll had been collected...

I've just received a refund this morning followed by a curt email from Michelle, after ld chased up my refund.

This company needs a name change.

Worst4Flooring.

Never, ever again. No customer care whatsoever.

Great experience buying from this company. Decent prices and really straight forward ordering. We collected from their warehouse with no problems and vinyl flooring is really good quality. Would recommend.

Finally found the flooring I had in my mind after weeks of looking! Sample sent which was a good size, price was really good and it looks fantastic! Flooring fitters even said it was great quality and we're amazed at the price! Very happy!

Beautiful radiators transformed the rooms and efficient service with good and informed delivery

Ordering was simple and product delivered in good condition but we’re disappointed with the colour of the concrete bronze vinyl. It appears darker on the website than it is in reality and we looking for a dark colour.

Bought a roll end vinyl flooring for the bathroom in my new home--great quality for the price & looks very stylish--delivered on the day I requested.

Good choice - good prices.
